Builder listings and offers

Homes, prices, incentives, financing offers and availability shown on this site are listed and offered by the named home builders, not by WORKS Real Estate Services LLC. We gather them from builders' published sources and show the date we last checked each one. They can change or be withdrawn at any time, may apply only to certain homes, buyers, lenders or closing dates, and are not guaranteed. Always confirm current details with the builder and read the builder's full terms.

Calculators and estimates

Payment calculators give estimates for illustration only, using assumptions you can change. They are not loan offers, commitments, pre-approvals or a statement that you qualify for any loan. Your actual payment may be higher. We are a real estate brokerage, not a mortgage lender; contact a licensed mortgage loan originator for a quote.

No agency relationship from using the site

Using this site or submitting a form does not, by itself, create a client relationship. WORKS Real Estate Services LLC represents a buyer only under a written brokerage engagement agreement. We may receive compensation from builders when we represent a buyer; see How we're paid.
