Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026. This policy explains what information rentals2homes.com collects and how we use it.

This policy is written in plain English and is being reviewed by our legal counsel; we may update it.

Who we are

Rentals2Homes is a trade name of WORKS Real Estate Services LLC, a licensed Georgia real estate brokerage (GREC License #82001). “We,” “us” and “our” mean WORKS Real Estate Services LLC. You can reach us at 404-791-6750 or through our contact page.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, housing situation, timing, home interests, pre-approval status and any notes. If you check the optional calls-and-texts box, we also record that you agreed, the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the page you were on.

Information collected automatically

Server and security logs. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit. When you submit a form, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse.
GoDaddy hosting script. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, adds a script to the pages of this site (tccl.min.js, loaded from img1.wsimg.com). GoDaddy says it is used to monitor website performance. It may collect technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device details and the pages you visit. GoDaddy handles this information under its own privacy policy.
Third-party images. Some home photos are loaded directly from builders' websites and some background photos from Unsplash. When your browser loads them, those servers receive standard information such as your IP address and browser type.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or sell or share your information for targeted advertising.

How we use information

To respond to your request and provide real estate brokerage services.
To call or text you, but with automated technology only if you gave that optional consent.
To keep the site secure, prevent spam and improve the site.
To keep records required by real estate license law, fair lending and advertising rules, and other laws.

When we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

with a builder, lender or other provider when you ask us to (for example, to register you with a builder or arrange a tour);
with service providers who help us run the site and our business (such as our web host and email provider), only for those purposes;
when required by law, regulation, subpoena or a licensing authority, or to protect our rights and others' safety.

Calls, texts and emails

Giving consent to automated calls and texts is optional and is not a condition of buying anything. You can withdraw it anytime: reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or contact us. You can also ask us to stop emailing you.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as needed to serve you and as long as the law requires, including Georgia Real Estate Commission recordkeeping rules and federal rules for advertising records.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and restricted database access. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
